Whether I am facilitating a workshop or a training session, it is important for me to be learner-centric and keep the participants involved. My training usually includes a self-assessment, learning of a skill, practicing the skill and walk away with a plan of implementation.
My goal is help others grow their skills which has the potential to help reach their department, organization, or personal goals.
