Building Effective Partnerships
Learn and apply effective communication skills to build effective partnerships to achieve positive results. Work environments are built on clear and concise communication to ensure understanding. Discover the power of asking good questions and its essential role in helping others, learning from them, and understanding a problem to come up with the right solution.

Employ efficient strategies to set achievable expectations and support others to achieve success. Providing effective and supportive feedback when expectations are not met and when expectations are exceeded. Building employees’ skills for more autonomy in their work.

Leading at the Right Level
A common struggle for new leaders is the ability to delegate and allow others to be successful taking on greater responsibility. Leaders need develop their team members by allowing others to be successful. It is important to build skills in their teams rather than just doing it themselves because that is easier in the moment. Select appropriate leader/manager approaches to lead at the right level.

Coach Like Approach
Demonstrate a coach like approach to help people deliver desired results. Coaching leadership style to enhance employee’s skills, self-reliance, and confidence. Understanding when to coach and how to involve employee’s ideas into finding new solutions. Coach approach helps people to learn how to solve problems for themselves instead of always micromanaging or providing a solution.

Meet the Facilitators
Together, Jack and Lois have more than 40 years of developing and coaching leaders at all levels from first-time leaders to executives. Their experience of being leaders & developing others brings a depth of know-how to the program.
Jack Bandy is an experienced facilitator of leadership programs as well as in coaching, leadership development, and team facilitation. He becomes motivated each time he creates sustainable solutions and helps people achieve more than they ever thought possible. His experience with a wide range of industries and employees bring value to everyone.
Lois Joseph has facilitated learning on leadership, self-leadership, and various soft skills. Her experience of developing numerous leaders, guiding people on self-discovery, & the desire to learn is woven into every aspects of her work. Her passion is to develop in others those skills that will save them time and reduce stress.
