What I Do

I help organization build their leaders and employees’ skills through leadership, self-leadership, and soft skills training. My goal is to build employee and supervisor partnerships rather than division. My passion is helping others reach their highest potential!

My Methods

My training methods are comparable to the CREATE coaching model (Current Reality, Explore Alternative, Tap into Energy).

First, learners complete a self-assessment to explore and understand their current reality of the topic/skill. Then through knowledge transfer, engaging activities, synergy learning, and practicing invites learners to explore alternatives for their world.

Finally, learners tap into the energy created during the training by establishing their development actions steps so they can implement the new skills. To set the learners up for success, I encourage them to engage with an accountability partner.

My Goal

To build partnerships between supervisors and employees rather than the perceived division. This cultural movement requires all to perform in a way that ensures the building a strong healthy interdependent relationship working towards the vision, company goals, and personal goals.

Building this type of partnership, requires a mindset and behavior shift for all involved. It starts with communication, feedback, coaching, and accountability being two-way. It also requires mutual trust, psychological safety, and empowerment.  

Leadership Development

Your managers and employees are the heart of your organization. Many organizations struggle to find solutions that will develop their managers into the leaders their people need. When people are positioned to work in partnership with their supervisor/leaders their performance and work passion accelerate and your organization flourishes.

Being able to effectively work together starts with soft skills.  These skills are the foundation of creating collaboration, and engagement. Also, needed for that good old 'give and take' that organizations and relationships rely on to thrive.
